Promoting Physical and Mental Well-Being
After the school bell rings, our After School Programs offer youth the chance to explore their interest in sports and recreation, arts and crafts, gardening and cooking, which helps increase their physical and emotional health.

Reflexion
Gardening and exploring various artistic mediums come together in our Reflexion program. It’s designed to help young people better express themselves by offering them a wide variety of creative outlets. Activities in the Reflexion program include mediums such as painting, sketching, photography and videography, sculpting and crafts. The artistic part of the program, combined with gardening, helps young people focus on their inner experiences such as feelings, perceptions and imagination. The gardening part of the program provides a special environment that nurtures creativity and helps young people to not only create, but also to see and feel their creations evolve.

Recreation and Leisure
Our Recreation and Leisure activities introduce sports and recreation in a variety of forms to help children and youth get moving every day. Although traditional sports like soccer, basketball, hockey, baseball and others are always part of our activities, the magic of our program is the non-traditional approach to recreation and leisure. In this program, children build important self-esteem and leadership qualities, while at the same time developing important skills that will help them make better decisions through the experience of play.

Nutrition and Meal Programs
Our nutritional programs teach our members about healthy eating and how to prepare appropriate meals. These programs promote a safe and engaging atmosphere for members of all ages to come and learn about food sustainability, kitchen etiquette and how to prepare a delicious and nutritious meal.
Our meal program offers a hot, healthy meal to all attending members daily, five days a week. The goal of this program is to ensure that our members are getting a nutritious meal every day during the week, which helps to provide the proper nutrition our young people need to perform at their best, both physically and mentally.
