SparkFest 2026: Celebrating Community Through Culture

On June 27, 2026, BGC Moncton proudly hosted the fourth annual SparkFest at Riverfront Park. What started as an idea to bring people together has grown into one of our favourite community events, and we’re incredibly proud to see it continue to grow every year.

 

SparkFest welcomed families and community members from many different backgrounds for a day of celebrating culture, diversity, and connection. Visitors enjoyed free activities including face painting, henna, hair braiding, glitter tattoos, giant games, bouncy castles, arts and crafts, the petting zoo, and the foam zone. There was something for everyone to enjoy.

 

The stage was filled with music, dance, and entertainment throughout the day, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere that celebrated the diversity of our community.

 

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who attended, volunteered, performed, sponsored, and supported SparkFest. Seeing so many people come together, make new connections, and celebrate each other’s cultures reminds us why this event means so much to us. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back for SparkFest next year!
